Visited 1 time. Underground Parking free for 3hrs. Booked a table a day before and all went well. Staffs were friendly and welcoming and attended to our table request. As for food, they were all very good. From the starters to the main courses, we enjoyed everything. From presentation to the different flavours and quality, we were all really satisfied 💯 I personally had the Sirloin with add-on shrimps and parmesan fries in the side; meat was cooked exactly as requested, medium rare and the fries to is a must. We started off with the Wham-Bam Shrimp appetizer, to be followed by the Double Smash Burger with fries and the 1989 Burger with a side salad. Everything was perfect, including the excellent service from Gabriel our waiter. Highly recommend this Milestones’ location in Laval across from Place Bell. Specially before any event.

This was, without exaggeration, one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. The service was nonexistent: no greeting, no smile, no basic courtesy. Even if the Bell Centre crowd made it busy, that doesn’t justify the complete lack of professionalism. And then came the food — if you can even call it that. My tacos arrived dry as cardboard: no sauce, no sour cream, no salsa, no grated cheese. Nothing. Just bland, tasteless meat thrown into a tortilla. We came here for a friend’s birthday but were underwhelmed by the food. The service was friendly and attentive, and the ambiance was elegant, which we appreciated. However, the food itself was disappointing. We ordered the 1989 Burger and the Roasted Mushroom Soup. The burger was dry, while both the fries and the soup were over-seasoned and too salty for the palate. We hope the restaurant takes this as constructive feedback to improve the quality and balance of flavours, so as to offer customers a more consistent dining experience across all touchpoints.
