My son and I arrived a few minutes before close and Christy welcome to us in without making it seem like an inconvenience that we were there. The bathrooms were closed but she opened them for my son to use which we were very grateful for and they were remarkably clean. She was unbelievably friendly and kind especially to my son who is quite shy and takes a long time to order by himself. This was such a positive experience that we had a Tim Hortons that I felt it needed to write a review as I haven't had customer service this good at Tim Horton's in a long time. Thank you!

I had a really good experience at this Tim Hortons. I ordered an bagel with extra extra toast, and they made it exactly how I asked. The bagel was fresh, toasted perfectly, and my order was ready quickly. The staff were friendly and polite, even though the store was busy. I really appreciate when my order comes out right, especially with small details like extra toasted. Great service, fresh food, and a nice experience overall. I will definitely come back again.

Great people, quick service and always well made. This is our go-to location for work, and it's gotten to the point where they recognise us and have our order memorized. They are always friendly and ask after any missing parts of the order. I'd say the only downside might be the people sometimes waiting to ambush you in the driveway to ask for donations of food or coffee, but this is a rare occurrence.

I don't know coustmer service ladies are trained or not. When you use Tim point card. And bill is 3.14$ and they charge you full amount. Must notice its not about 4$ it's about scam
