Went here on a warm day after getting lunch and enjoyed their strawberry cheesecake bingsu with their iced americano! Both were delicious! The americano wasn’t too bitter and the strawberries were nice and sweet!! It was empty when we came so it was nice and peaceful. Staff were friendly, however I feel like there are cheaper bingsu options in the area. Overall a nice place to stop by!

Had some sweet late-night dessert here. We decided to try Passion8 in Coquitlam after having such a good experience at their Vancouver location. Coquitlam did not disappoint. While they may not have the exact same menu, everything we tried was great. I wanted to order a croffle, but it wasn't available, so we ended up with two slices of cake: matcha and cookie dough. And honestly, that turned out to be an excellent idea. The matcha cake was not too sweet and had a dense texture, just the way matcha should be.
