Had a really great experience at Sulbing Cafe. The desserts looked amazing and the portions were bigger than I expected. The shaved ice was super soft and creamy, not overly sweet, and very refreshing. The café itself was clean, cozy, and a nice place to relax with friends. The staff were friendly and the service was quick. I especially loved the fresh fruit toppings and the rich milk ice texture. Definitely one of the best Korean dessert spots I’ve tried in the area. Will definitely come back again!

The dessert was absolutely amazing! The flavors were perfect, and it’s definitely a fantastic spot for a sweet treat. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I had to pay an extra fee just to take my remaining dessert home. We randomly stopped by Sulbing Café 설빙 and honestly… it exceeded all expectations. The Korean-style shaved ice (bingsu) is on another level. The texture is incredibly soft and fluffy—nothing like regular ice—it literally melts in your mouth. We tried a fruit-based bingsu and it was beautifully presented, loaded with fresh fruits, perfectly balanced sweetness, and paired with ice cream that just tied everything together. The combination of creamy, icy, and fruity flavors was so refreshing and satisfying. The aesthetic is also super cute and cozy, very much that clean Korean dessert café vibe.
