Very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons today. We waited an extremely long time for our drinks, and the service quality was poor. The supervisor, Vaishali, was rude and not cooperative when customers asked questions. Customer service should be handled professionally, especially during busy hours. Definitely not satisfied with today’s visit.

Normally all the Tim Hortons including this one do great, except I recently went in to buy a flatbread pizza, but all I got was a flatbread. The "pizza" part was sloppily and scarcely plopped down in the middle, and all over the pizza there was a massive layer of crust which made the pizza more crust than pizza. There were a lot more bad things about the pizza like how it wasn't even cut all the way through and all the toppings would slip off so I couldn't even eat it. Speaking of not eating it, I ended up throwing it out because I was just eating really oily hard bread. This Tim Hortons still
