This is extremely disappointing. The burgers delivered via Uber were stale and clearly reheated. This is completely unacceptable. There should be no compromise in food quality whether it’s dine-in or delivery. Such poor standards reflect badly on management and the brand. If this continues, customers will lose trust. Immediate improvement in quality control is necessary. This is happening second time.

One of my bf's favorite fried chicken spot in Markham. The chicken is consistently satisfying, crispy and well-seasoned outside, while the meat stays juicy and tender inside. Wait time was acceptable last time we visit for our take out order.

Limited cooked food stocked so be prepared to wait 20 to 25 minutes. The counter girl is rude..and they dont have change at this location so cc or debt is a must. The food is fine non greasy or oily so won't help if you are craving greasy fried chicken. This location only have 2 people working. At most 3.. so service is not great but atleast they follow the instructions to make the food.

2pc chicken Try Krispys chicken next door instead. Good crisp, good flavour, mid or even below mid chicken quality. Might be hard to find parking depending in the day and time.
