We had a really disappointing experience at this location. We came with our entire family, expecting a good meal, but it didn’t go well from the start. They only had Coke available on tap—none of the other usual drink options were working. On top of that, they didn’t have milkshakes or smoothies available, which was frustrating since those are part of what we expected from the menu. To make matters worse, there was no hot water in the bathroom, which made it uncomfortable to properly wash hands. Overall, the visit felt poorly managed and below expectations. 20251103 Update: Their chicken finger and spicy jalapeno crispy chicken burger are nice, too. 2025: The restaurant is spacious. They provided special meal deals that are only available in this store but not at the other Hero Burgers stores. The bread is soft and the patty is juicy. I will come to this store more often for sure.

Always consistent. Hero burgers is a family favourite when we want something quick and delicious! Customized the way you want it and we always get our onion rings! Burgers are always juicy and free from hormones. And you can taste it! Meaty goodness. Service can be hit or miss. This time was a hit. They are attentive and listen, considering how many customizable options are available to the consumer.
