Visited the McDonald’s at 34618 Delair Road, Abbotsford (Store #6605) on March 8, 2026 around 12:30 AM. Ordered: Large Fries, Double Fish Fillet, and two McVeggie sandwiches. The moment the employee handed me the paper bag it completely ripped apart and everything spilled onto the ground. I handed it back and they remade the entire order, but it took a full 10 minutes and held up the entire drive-thru line. The replacement food was abysmal — the fries were soggy and undercooked, and both sandwiches were absolutely drowning in way too much sauce. Even worse, staff deliberately left out the rece

I had a really great in-store experience at McDonald’s, and I want to recognize Tristan for his outstanding service. From the moment I walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely positive. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was right and that I felt taken care of. It’s not often you come across someone with such a great attitude and strong work ethic. Tristan’s professionalism and kindness really stood out and made my visit much better. I truly appreciate his effort and hope he gets the recognition he deserves.

We liked this location because of the good service and clean because it is very rare to see clean and well take care McDonald's restaurants. Plus it has a play area which is perfect size and also clean. We were lucky to be there when the slow time wasn't busy

​"I live nearby and visit this location frequently—I really want them to be my go-to spot. Generally, the staff is doing okay, but there is a lot of room for improvement when it comes to coffee consistency and night-shift wait times. ​The Coffee Audit: To be fair and helpful, I’ve kept track of my orders this week. Out of 14 coffees, 7 were perfect, 4 were drinkable, and 3 were unfortunately made wrong. When you’re heading out into the rain for a long day, that first coffee is a big deal. I shouldn’t have to 'test sip' at the window every time to make sure it’s stirred and sweetened correctly.
