I just ordered 2separate chicken skewer with rice and salad. This cashier says that rice is always uncooked. I arrived home and re cooked it again, you can see the difference.

I ordered a share platter from Nando’s for my clients this morning. I arrived around 11:00 AM – not exactly a busy time – and was told they had already run out of Caesar salad or Casa salad. I had to settle for coleslaw instead. When I picked up the order, they had crammed everything into just two small bags. Worse, they put the cold coleslaw in the same bag as the hot chicken. I asked for an extra bag to separate them, and the girl at the counter (of strong Indian descent) told me those were the only two bags left in the store. How can a restaurant run out of salad, then bags, before noon?

This is what $17 gets you at Nando's, a disappointing meal that looks unappealing and fills your stomach with sides of mashed potatoes instead of chicken. To make matters worse I looked at KFC first and they had a deal for $16 that had 3 pieces of chicken plus fries and popcorn chicken. Nando's chicken is tasty but when it comes to value for money there are much better places within the food court. Before you spend your hard earned money here I suggest shopping around.

we ordered food from this location at 7:22 PM and we received it by 8:54 PM via doordash. Granted it could’ve been a delay on door dashes end.. my complaint is simply how they packaged the food. In this day and age - this is absolutely unacceptable and is extremely unhygienic to send off to a delivery driver. The bag of food was *not* tampered with as when I called and spoke to the manager Manvir - they told me they “tape” the handle of the bag.. which leaves the rest of the bag OPEN such as pictured below. The manager showed no empathy nor did they say they’ll start packaging accordinging to
