Ordered 2 footlongs online, and while I was waiting in the store, I got to see how this amazing team, Gurleen & Navjot, interacts not just with me, but with other customers as well during busy lunchtime. They were consistently friendly, greeting everyone warmly and handling each order with patience and professionalism. They took the time to listen to requests and explain things clearly without rushing. The store was also very clean and well maintained, and my sandwiches were made super neatly. I ordered a chicken sandwich through the mobile app, picked it up, and later discovered there was no chicken inside, only bread and vegetables!!!!!!!!! I could not believe it. It was extremely frustrating because I was hungry, short on time, and counting on this as my meal before work. Imagine being in a rush, grabbing your sandwich, and then opening it only to realize the protein is completely missing. Very disappointing and unacceptable quality control.
