We finally gave this place a shot cause we were at Metrotown but probably won’t go back. The food was not that good. We ordered a ramen, a rice bowl, and the kids meal. The ramen’s broth was pretty bland but the noodles was good. I lowkey enjoyed eating the noodles here but the broth missed really badly. I also tried my partner’s beef bowl but it was super bland as well. The portioning of the rice and beef was off. There was too much rice for the little amount of beef we got. i came here for the dine out special $35 and had a good experience. the shop has a nice atmosphere and friendly service. the mocktail was refreshing and tasty. chicken karage was juicy and crispy. mochi ice cream i think is store bought but good nonetheless. the ramen however was ok at best. the broth is lacking in flavour and depth. you do get to choose between thin and thick noodles which i think is nice. out of the three in the ramen flight, the pork tonkatsu one was the best but not comparable to other tonkatsu ramen in vancouver. this is a nice place to get together with friends and it’s

Trying to learn how to handle the chopsticks for the first time. During my lunch break I went to a ramen spot - Zubu Ramen. This is a Japanese place who mainly has ramen on their menu. They had some other sides too but I didn’t knew much about them, maybe I try them on my next visit. I ordered their creamy chicken ramen bowl which was really scrumptious. I loved the texture of the broth, thin noodles with chicken, onions and kale. I also had their crispy fried chicken. Would definitely make another visit to this place and try out some more items.

The wait wasn't long. The server was very good, she kept the water full and made sure I knew what had my allergy (food my friend had) I got a chicken 🐔 bowl with ginger and it was delicious. (Picture below) I'm not a picky eater and as long as I'm not outright ignored.. I am happy. It was also quiet enough to talk when we were there. ( 7:50 pm on a Sunday explains alot. ) I can't speak for the other meals but I enjoyed mine thoroughly.
