Use to be very good didn’t put the sauce that I asked for on it when I was standing there I asked the woman I said hey did you put sauce on it? She goes yeah I already did and I’m like I’ve literally walked in as you were making the sandwich and you did not my poutine is cold. The fries are old and gross horrible don’t go here.

I got the wrong order sent to me via uber eats I ordered original poutine and was sent one with meat. I’m vegetarian. Tried calling to rectify the issue and there was no answer. Shame. The reciept even said original I checked and have a photo. Very careless. Wow! After reading the response I am shocked. I DID call the store multiple times, there was no answer or option to leave a voicemail. Therefore I had no other option but to post a review as your business is not easy to reach. Thank you for the clarification it was not meat however I did not order nor ask for “extra” to be added to my ord

I feel awful leaving bad reviews, however, this place deserves honest feedback. On three separate occasions I have tried to get my little brother poutine, and they keep forgetting to add toppings…. How do you make a poutine without cheese curds, bacon, etc. I’m hoping to see a change!
