I visited Abby's bakery on Monday April 6th (Easter Monday) for the first time. I was super excited to try their Dutch butter tarts. I also ended up getting their refresher drinks and a tiramisu cookie (best cookie I've ever tasted). The drink was great no complaints, the customer service was amazing although I noticed when I ordered the Dutch pastries, I was given a box pre made to the side. Thought nothing about it until I got home and realized I was given 5 which leads me to believe someone returned this box and probably ate one. Lea was very friendly and had such a warm smile and positive energy. She really listened to us and helped us choose the right options. The happy hour from 2–4 pm is a great way to try a variety of drinks at a good value. Overall, it made the experience even more enjoyable

I ordered the caramel banana iced latte. Meghan was so kind and answered all my questions about the drinks, like the sweetness levels the espresso drinks etc. the drink was delicious, I did need an extra shot of espresso and Meghan graciously gave me an extra shot with no charge. Stopped by Abbey’s Bakehouse for a short break and really enjoyed it. The coffee (I think it was a cappuccino) was excellent — smooth, well balanced, and very comforting. Tried their butter tart and it was full of flavor, rich but not overwhelming. I didn’t even need a big portion to enjoy it properly. Honestly, I would much rather support places like this than big chain cafés. You can really taste the difference in quality and care. Highly recommended if you’re looking for good coffee and fresh baked treats in a cozy setting. With Love from BC
