Incredibly delicious Northern Chinese food. The chili oil in the big bowl of hand pulled noodles is simply to die for. The cold dishes are equally as tasty. I recommend sitting near the kitchen to watch the hand pulled noodle magic happen :)

This place is incredible. I've been looking for great Sichuan food for years, since my favorite place in Calgary shut down. Didn't expect to find it in Winnipeg. The spicy pork noodles were fantastic. The green beans and the shredded potatoes with vinegar are a must. Highly recommend the eggplant as well. We had a good dining experience at Golden Loong, the hand pulled noodles have that nice chewy texture to it and the chilli oil adds that fragrant and a bit spicy kick to it, mapo tofu was also good though a tad salty when it was not as hot but perfect with rice, the lamb with pickled veggies in sour broth is perfect in this cold weather, pork bun would have been better if the pork was not so sloppy and the bun should be a bit more toasted on the bottom but otherwise good as well, cucumber in chilli oil is a perfect accompaniment to all of these as it cools down and refreshes the pallete. Absolutely delicious Northern Chinese food. The iron wok chicken is outstanding and an enormous portion -- easily enough for three or four people. Hand pulled noodles perfect texture. Bok choy perfectly cooked. Nothing over salted.
