Reshma babu★I placed an Uber pickup order for myself at Baskin Robbins. The order was ready and packed when I arrived. When I asked for a spoon, the staff mentioned that I hadn’t requested cutlery while ordering. Since it’s ice cream, I assumed a spoon would be included by default. The ice cream tasted good, but the customer service experience could definitely be improved.
