I just walked into this location today! The lady at the counter was really sweet even though it was really about closing time and they were doing their closing duties but she quickly helped me anyway, made my order which was really good! They truly deserve the raise without a question! If I ever visit new westminister I’ll surely visit them!

Came here twice and both times were disappointing. The second visit was especially bad. I asked for spicy and the shawarma was just drenched in hot sauce with no real flavour. The chicken was not properly cooked, almost raw inside. The girl working on Wednesdays made my shawarma both times and the quality was the same. Would not recommend until they fix their food handling and cooking standards.

As far as take out goes, 5 stars. Salads are of good quality ingredients, fresh and delicious. Seasoning is adequate, cooked quite well too. No complaints here. A must try.

The food here used to be delicious, but now it's below average even for a standard donair. They updated the menu, and while it still says "chicken shawarma," it's now prepared like a regular donair. Why? And what's with the huge chunks of cabbage root? They're a complete nightmare.
