I came here for a coffee but had a very bad experience. A customer was using his phone at a very high volume, which was very disturbing. Even worse, he brought an electric scooter inside the restaurant and was charging it. This is a major fire safety risk and should not be allowed in a public seating area. The staff saw this but did nothing to intervene. Management needs to take safety protocols seriously. I did not feel comfortable or safe here.

To the Area Manager / McDonald's Head Office, I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received during my visit to your restaurant at approximately 8:30 p.m. today. When I arrived, there was an employee named Thea at the front counter. I stood there for nearly 10 minutes waiting to place my order while she was leaning on the counter and using her phone. We ordered two Oreo McFlurries today at around 10:57pm, and one of them was literally half empty. When we pointed out the difference, the staff didn’t try to fix the issue — instead, they started explaining their mistake as if that made it acceptable. Would have shared the pics I have but The picture doesn’t even show how empty it actually was. On top of that, the customer service was extremely poor. WOW! You're manager whoever answered the phone just hung up on me. I told her I've been waiting curbside order for 20 minutes and I called in to ask if they forgot. She screamed at me thinking I'm a delivery driver asking for a four digit code there's no code?!?! I ordered on the McDonald's app and put the number 5 for curbside she then screamed at me again saying FIGURE OUT THE CODE CALL ME BACK. SHE THEN HUNG UP!! Excuse me?? I'm actually appalled all I did was call and was like hey I've been waiting 20 min have you guys forgotten the order? And to be treated that way was actually insane...
