It was my first time visiting Salsa and Guacamole, and overall it was a great experience. The ambiance is beautiful and creates a really welcoming atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious, the birria tacos were some of the best I’ve ever had, and I appreciated that they were generous with the meat. That said, it is definitely on the pricier side. Some menu items were a bit surprising, like the nachos being $38 without meat, and the dulce de leche churro at $13.90. Forget the cliché, touristy decor—Salsa and Guacamole offers a truly authentic, upscale dining experience right in Surrey. The atmosphere is stunning and feels exactly like a high-end restaurant in Mexico. The food was phenomenal. We loved the Sea and Turf Tacos, which give you the perfect combo of rich Birria and fresh fish. The Alambre Fajitas were another standout, served hot and sizzling with melted cheese and fresh cilantro. Great spot for date night! The food is delicious, authentic and so flavorful. The birria tacos were amazing, ceviche was phenomenal and cocktails so good too.
