If a zero-star rating were available, I would gladly give it. Extremely disappointing experience at Select Pizza Newton. I ordered over the phone and clearly explained my order multiple times. I wanted 2 large pizzas: • One Large: Half Cheese & Half Veggie Lovers • One Large: Half Tandoori Paneer & Half Veggie Even after repeating the order several times, they completely got it wrong and prepared 4 large pizzas instead of 2. I’ve been a customer here for 14 years, and what I experienced today was beyond unacceptable. My pizza box contained foreign debris and contamination, including pieces that should never be anywhere near food. This is a serious sanitation failure, not a small mistake. Because they don’t deliver, I had to drive all the way back just to show them the problem in person. If there was a 0 rating possible I would give it, but I’m giving a 1 because there is no other option. I’m truly dissatisfied with their service. Very bad communication from their end. I ordered a pizza and found a hair in it. I brought the picture with me and they asked for a slice. I recently ordered a tandoori chicken pizza from Select Pizza, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. The chicken had a bad smell and didn’t taste fresh at all, which made the pizza unpleasant to eat. The overall quality was not good, and it felt like the ingredients were not properly handled.I have to throw it in bin. They should be more careful about checking food freshness and expiration before serving customers, as this is very important for health and safety. I hope they take this seriously and improve their quality in the future.
