Love this place everytime that we've gone (always attended with my lovely wife Pat). So far we have each stylized a coffee mug to our desires on each visit. Clear guidance was given each time by attentive staff personnel. We were fortunate enough to hit this place at a tranquil time and had no problem accessing a table to ourselves. Never felt rushed, either time we sat down to paint our cups. Pat enjoyed a coffee latte (think that's what she called it) while I was content with my water container. Food treats were crumptious. Great spot to spend a few hours for people of all ages! They have a large seating area, I've been a few times when it was busy and never had any trouble finding a spot to sit. There is a great selection of items that you can paint, smaller items like mugs or figurines, and some larger ones as well like serving dishes or planters. The staff are super helpful and will explain the process, and will even come check on you in case you might have any questions. been here a few times, loved it the first few times but the stone ware and ceramic looks the exact same and nobody explained to me the difference so i wasted 40$ and 4 hours carefully designing a mug for it to come out looking like smeared shit. nobody explained to me the difference between them when they look the EXACT same and their excuse was it said in small print on the bottom “SW” but what regular person would know what that stands for, i didnt even look at the bottom till halfway through painting anyways. after putting so much effort and time into it the staff had absolutely no apology,
