I found Fresh Press Cafe after searching for nearby cafés on Google, and I’m really glad I did. It’s tucked inside the arcade along Alderbridge Way, so it’s a bit hard to spot—I actually had to drive around a couple of times—but once you find it, it’s worth the effort. Walking in, the space immediately feels warm and homey. Everything is baked in-house, and it really shows. The cookies are relatively small but fret not as they were excellent—clearly made with quality ingredients, buttery goodness, so don’t underestimate them just because they look simple.
