The ambiance is perfect and the top floor is the best place in the building for your private space and family gatherings!!! Sterling is a restaurant worthy of its name. The exterior old-world mansion brings with it a touch of that haute couture vibe and feel. The staff are the most professional and yet friendly staff that you can hope to be served by. They're attentive to the point of clearing the appropriate silverware when that course has been served. Your water glass is always topped up, the bread basket will be topped up as well when required. The food, in a word: delicious. Everything we ordered, beef tartar, seafood croquet, French onion soup, soup of the day, New York steak, filet mignon, Provencal rack of
