We found this unnasuming burger store tucked away inside the Royal Square Mall. The burger was big enough to share. It was flavourful, hearty and fresh. Reminded me of a delicious home-made burger. The chicken and fries was fried to perfection. Crispy and moist. Loved the garlic aoli sauce that comes with it. Best part is the price was affordable.

For a food court burger place this is hands down one of the best in New West. The flavour of the patties were tasty! The spicy K burger had a nice terriyaki with a nice hint of spice flavour. The burger with bacon was delicious. I like the full real bacon pieces cooked to my liking not crispy like a chip! I also ordered the garlic fries with parm- good flavours and they use real potatoes! TY!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We’ve been to i:t char burger twice now within the same week and we are obsessed! Between the two visits, we’ve ordered the Spicy Korean Burger 3 times and the Spicy Barbecue Burger once, and both were fantastic. That said, the Spicy Korean Burger is on another level: it’s genuinely one of the best things we’ve eaten in a long time. I go to It Char all the time, and I always order my burger and fries and its always amazing and then I leave a tenner or fiver as a tip and leave. They have always been amazing. I dont WHAT the hell happened today. I went in and ordered my burger, had my tenner ready to tip after I was done eating and they served me this monstrosity all smushed and falling apart. Ive never had a bad burger here. I wemt and asked buddy what happened and he looked at me like he had no idea what the problem was. I guess this is the end of another good thing. Sad to see, IT Char used to be amazing.
