This place has gone seriously downhill, and it’s honestly sad to see what used to be a great gem turn into this. The food itself was just okay — nothing memorable, nothing worth the price. But the real issue was the service and overall experience. The waitress seemed very undertrained and inattentive. Basic things were missed, like failing to tell us that the stir-fried vegetables do not come with rice. Used to loved this place. Order from Uber eats often but today it was not good. My first spoonful of food had a medium size length hair in it. Im disappointed and wish the kitchen would make higher standards of quality control and hygiene. Please be more careful. Im looking for other thai restaurants now. Plus its not the first time something has gone wrong but the hair was the last straw. Also, the chicken was more of a gummy texture and tasted a bit different. Hope I don't get sick...

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for the past 10 years and honestly, it deserves a Michelin star! Their food is delicious, has lots of flavour, and offers a lot lot of variety! When we come to Bua Thai, we are never ever disappointed with their food and service! We usually get the bua platter, pad sew ew, and pad thai :) Would definitely recommend coming here if you’re in the mood for good thai food!
