I liked my food tonight, Curried Singapore noodles with jumbo shrimp chow mein ( I have to Doctor up the spice my self because they just throw chili flakes when you ask for medium spice). The cleaning of one of my jumbo shrimp ( you don't get that many) had the poop shoot still in it making it uneatable and didn't like the fact that residue may have compromised what I ate. The standards are not good

The diplomat has been around for a long time and we used to eat there all hours of the day and night. They’ve been in their new location for a number of years and it is a main stay in Fredericton. We just learned a very important way of ordering. Instead of getting the buffet order the meal for two and you’ll have more food that will last you for two or three more meals aside from the dining out experience. . Matter of fact, the server suggested that the meal for two would serve all four of us and he was right. We could’ve just supplemented with a couple of eggrolls in addition as per his sugg

I stopped by Thursday night around 930(close to closing) but they were happy to seat me and the food came quick and fresh. really nice staff and huge portions. I would not hesitate to go back, I encourage anyone passing by to stop in if your hungry. and yes it dose look a little like a night club out front but once your in its pretty normal lol.

After seeing good online reviews, I came to this restaurant to eat. However, it turned out to be a Canadian-style Chinese restaurant with sweet-flavored food. Almost all the dishes and sauces were either sweet or sour. The mussels were dry, and the fried chicken wings were also very dry. Overall, the buffet had average flavor, limited variety, but the service was fine.
