**Absolutely Filthy and Unacceptably Slow – A Complete Disappointment** If I could give this location zero stars for cleanliness, I would. Our experience at the Burger King on 1140 Smythe St. was absolutely appalling. **Deplorable Cleanliness** The dining area was a complete pig sty. There was food on the floor at almost every single table. Uncleared tables were everywhere, with garbage strewn under seats and across the floor. Sunday March 22nd early morning 1AM, we ordered impossible whopper, drive thru. Seems got busy and orders got mixed up, we received wrong one, chicken sandwich. Vegetarian and can’t eat that. We came back and the guy gave us correct order PLUS some treats. Such generous staff and respectful service. Thank you

First time at this location, I figured I would try breakfast since it was 8am. I ordered a simple sausage and egg combo with a large coffee with one cream. The staff said "We're out of eggs, Do you just want sausage?". I responded "Ok, I will just get the coffee please"... "So sausage and cheese?" "No just the coffee please" "What size?" And I reordered the coffee. The coffee was obviously sitting awhile as it was luke warm at best, gave me a stomach ache. Do better folks.
