I am always happy to go to a Second cup when I can find one. The other the competitor who shall not be named isn’t too bad but I prefer coming here cause the coffee is just as good if not better and it’s Canadian. I always order the caramel Coretto. Yum ! The service was quick and prompt and friendly. Thank you. 👍😎

The baristas were very kind, quick and knowledgeable about their customers. They take their time to ask you what you like if you ask for recommendations and asking allergies and all with a smile on their face. I asked them to surprise me with a drink of their choice as long as it had no protein powder in it an it contains coffee. Told them it could be hot or cold but I like sweet things. They surprised me with a flavoured late and it was one of the best drinks I've ever had. It was sweet but not overbearingly sweet! It was such a smooth late too. My first time at a Second Cup. The staff were really lovely. However, I think they need to look up what ‘cappuccino’ means, because what I got is not a cappuccino. It tasted awful as if it were made with drip coffee and not espresso. I think this will be my last time at a second cup.

I was soooo happy to see that there is a Second Cup in Fredericton! There is plenty of parking, the service and food was aligned with any other store in Ontario. The atmosphere is… peaceful ☺️ no music, just the sound of customers and that’s it. The location is HUGE and you will definitely find a table to sip your coffee ☕️ There is a public wifi.
