I am a loyal customer and truly enjoy your pastries, always recommending them to all my friends. Unfortunately, I had two very disappointing experiences over the past week, and I wanted to share them in hopes that management will see this comment and take action. It seems that the quality of your pastries has declined. This week, I bought your pistachio cream pastry, and the white cream under the pistachios was extremely bitter and unpleasant. Yesterday, I also purchased a ciabatta baguette. I even asked the salesperson if it was fresh, and they said yes. However, it was so hard that it hurt

The pistachio eclair made me sick 🤢 since the cream was spoiled. I shouldn’t have to gaslight myself into thinking it was good :/ Macchiato missed the spot as it was too watery, I hoped an Italian café would get it right. Unfortunately I won’t be back, can’t trust the quality anymore. Disappointing as it used to be a favourite of mine. Let’s hope the sandwich isn’t spoiled 🥴 Double whammy, definitely not worth the price point anymore

Visited this place for the first time this weekend. Ordered pizza, spinach roll, mortadella pistachio panini, lobster tail, Nutella cornetto and coffee. Everything was excellent and so tasty!! The only thing i didn't care for was the mortadella panini with pistachio cream... Just too much pistachio for me taste. My favorite part had to be the Nutella cornetto... Omg... Sooo delicious.. A must try if you like chocolate!! See my pictures!!
