Went to this Starbucks with a few friends this morning for a coffee time catch up. The drinks were good as usual and the atmosphere was nice. The staff were nice and friendly. The store was clean. It appeared as there was a problem with the sound system in the store as the music was loud but muffled so could even make out the song yet loud enough that we had to raise our voices to be heard. Overall it was a good and will visit again.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the service I received at this location. While I enjoy the products, the behavior of a specific staff member—a woman wearing a black hat (who appeared to be the manager)—was utterly unprofessional and disrespectful. I visited the store to purchase several gift cards for teachers. When I asked if there were any small gift bags available, she told me they were out of stock. Stopped by for a coffee to relax after a long journey. I had a cappuccino with oat milk, and it was absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the washroom was clean and well-maintained. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice spot to unwind and enjoy a good coffee.

This Starbucks in Abbotsford on Whatcom Rd is a great location to visit when in the area. Easy to access from the Highway. A drive thru, patio seating and great service.
