I visited this Tim Hortons on January 2nd 2026 at around 5:20 PM with my wife and daughter after purchasing a guitar from the nearby Long and McQuade store. We ordered our coffee, and I politely asked the staff member at the counter for the washroom key. She told me to wait near the washroom door and said she would come to open it, but she never did. I reminded her again, and she appeared to ignore the request. I have come to this times a few times in the last couple weeks because it’s close to my workplace. Everytime i have ordered food in the drive-thru they ask you to park and they’ll bring it out to you. The issue is everytime it has taken MINIMUM 15-20 minutes to get my food. For a drive thru/fast food restaurant that’s just unacceptable. You start to wonder if they’ve forgotten about your order.
