I had the opportunity to visit Konark Hotel & Indian Restaurant with my family for an evening supper. The restaurant was quite full when we arrived, but the staff went out of their way to accommodate us, which we truly appreciated. Seeing the restaurant filled to capacity made its popularity clear, and it was easy to understand why. The food was incredible—rich in flavour, vibrant with spices, and very comforting. The fire pit, later in the evening, also created a warm and cozy atmosphere. One small suggestion would be slightly better lighting, as I noticed several guests using their phone torches to read the menu. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and I appreciate the warm hospitality and delicious food.

The place is nice, hospitality is also nice but what i absolutely loved was the food. It was so so incredibly delicious, i went there two times and both times i did not leave dissapointed. Its a bit expensive tho, but i think over all its worth it. And i will defientiey come back to try the non veggie menu once fasting is over

Bad Taste and Not Real Indian Food! We went to the restaurant today and ordered Biryani, Rajma and Rice! Rice was okay. But biryani and rajma were too bad, we were not even able to eat more than two spoon! Left the food totally unfinished! As an Indian this is not Indian food at all, I think restaurant is now focusing just on Ethiopian and Foreigner guests and is making food as per that standard. Heavy use of artificial orange color and non Indian taste! I won’t visit again anymore, 5 years ago food here was much better.

The food was good, with authentic flavors and a good variety of dishes. The service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was pleasant and making it a nice place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. However, there is still a little room for improvement in consistency and speed of service during busy times. Overall, a great dining experience.

Where do I even start? My family and I were very excited to try Indian cuisine for the first time and it was such a disappointment. The taste of the food itself was okay but for the insane price the serving was extremely disappointing it felt like such a scam. And I know some would say it's the indian serving but nothing excuses the price being 1000+ for one small bowl of rice with like 3 small pieces of chicken. And to top it all off the waiter literally started collecting the plates whilst they had food and we were still eating! so not only is the serving insanely little and overpriced the staff don't let you enjoy it either. And don't let me start on the dessert... huge disappointment. I'd give this place no stars if I could. 0/10 would not recommend.
