The high quality of cuisine and richness and inventiveness of flavours at this establishment make it fully deserving of its many accolades. Additionally, all dishes except one dessert could be made gluten free, meaning that I had a broad range of choice for all three courses. Furthermore, the venue, structured into three small rooms, results in an intimate dining experience that highlights the cooking rather than taking away from it in a "large bistro setting" so often seen in local restaurants.

This was the highlight meal of our trip so far! Everything about our time was great except that the personality of the young woman who was the hostess/server was very cold, which set an unpleasant tone for the evening. The two older women who cooked, brought the food to us, and took our payment were wonderful. Very pleasant, friendly and smiling! The other concern we had was that our red wine came chilled in the glass which was very unusual. Once it warmed up, it was fine.

What a culinary delight! We had already fallen under the magical spell of Arles but this fabulous restaurant added a sprinkle of stardust. The dishes were fresh, creative and delicious. Seasonal produce, beautifully cooked and an amazing feast for the eyes and stomach! Every mouthful was divine. Merci beaucoup, La Guele du Loup. We will definitely return.

Had a fantastic dinner! Beef starter was great with a variety of taste & texture. Portions were just right and the fish is a must try! A tad salty on the pork dish but still overall great taste Cannot stress how wonderful the fish of the day dish was!!! Only regret is that we are 2 persons & the whole Sea Bream special would have been too much food
