We went here really late after our flight got in and the servers were absolutely lovely. They didn’t speak much English and we didn’t speak much French but we figured out what we wanted and they delivered. The cook eventually bypassed the menu and just asked what we wanted to eat ingredients-wise and we ended up with lamb with rice and patates bravas, and a half chicken with fried plantain. It was all absolutely delicious! And a lovely little restaurant

An absolute jam! The best African food I’ve had. Full of flavour, lamb was nice and tender. Love the atmosphere, everyone was lovely. Grace, who is working there, was super helpful. I had to use translator but she remained patient. Would highly recommend!

Amazing food and amazing flavour!! We have been staying at an Airbnb near by and have come here for dinner twice so far. We were all a little hesitant at first because we’d never tried African cuisine but after our first meal, we were hooked and knew we had to come back for more! I have never tasted such delicious flavour and heartiness before - it truly is food that speaks to the soul. Do yourself a favour and try it out, I promise you won’t regret it. If you aren’t sure what to order I highly recommend the yassa and the tcheb with red rice!
