I stand by my rating of one star. Honestly, the few times I’ve been served by, what I assume is the manager, she never misses to disappoint. The first experience back in April she scolded me while I was standing in line because where I was standing was keeping the automatic door open, letting in a breeze of cold air. Where did she want me to stand? as moving would take me out of line. Although that doesn’t matter at all to her, as this most recent experience I’m standing in line patiently waiting to pick up my click & collect on my break from work, and she takes the client that walks in after
