The waitress had obviously had had some bad news or having a bad day so we got off to bad start.Food arrived young lad next to us starting smoking I asked him nicely not to as we are eating just ignored us. Finished our main cource waitress completely went missing after considerably time trying to get attention I had use unconventional method to get there attention. This fdid not go down to well so a heated exchange of words. Not worth the drama avoid basically bad service with re heated food

The food was ok, but not super special. The service was excellent however, and the atmosphere too. We sat down next to two regulars who were happy to strike up a conversation with us and then we knew this place was not a trap. As tourists we were treated equally well as the regulars. Merci!

I guess there was a reason nobody else was there. The server was lovely, I’ll give it that. Forgot to bring water, did pour a strong drink, though I think I got whiskey and not rum like i asked. It took an age for the food and we were literally the only ones there. Pricing was quite cheap but they made that up with drink prices. Quite honestly the worst food we’ve had since being in France. Was meant to be a kids fish and chips, got served and charged for the adult one. As a pub meal, it was ok, the best of the 3 meals. The creamy chicken was super dry, and the chips overdone.
