After a long day of travel, we ordered a meal from this restaurant via Uber Eats. My boyfriend, who has a cheese allergy, indicated that, requesting his meal without. When he received the food, the cheese was not removed as requested. We tried to discuss this over the app, but kept getting the same generic message that a refund cannot be issued.
