This beautiful place was one of the highlights of our recent trip to Beziers. We stopped for a takeaway coffee at the hatch after it had just opened that morning. The decor is stunning, really edgy, clean and fresh. We came back later for waffles and sat outside. Beautiful location, the owner was really friendly and sat with some other customers beside us and chatted. Waffles were absolutely delicious. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

A great little place in a lovely location next to the beautiful town hall. My mother and I both had one of the "special" crêpes called "La Nocciola" -. This was wonderfully decedent - the crêpe was filled with nutella, drizzled with white chocolate sauce and topped with a scoop of delicious nutella ice cream and some nuts. Very friendly service and great coffee made this a perfect stop for an afternoon treat
