Absolutely love the place. Everything about it hits just right—the aroma when you walk in, the beautifully baked pastries, and the consistently high quality. The bread is fresh, the desserts are irresistible, and you can really taste the care that goes into every item. It’s one of those places you keep thinking about after you leave. Amazing bakery all around, highly recommend.

We came here as it's one of the few places open early, and right by a major station. The servers were super nice, patient, and delightful. There's seating and it's conveniently located by the tram stops. The food, however, was not good. We ordered pan au chocolat, quiche, and orange juice, and the first two were the worst we've had in our 3-week trip so far. In contrast, the orange juice was freshly squeezed, and pretty good. Will definitely not recommend Paul for pastries/baked goods.
