The staff at the “Comptoir de Paris” deserves, however, to be updated on the latest Paris fashion: genuine kindness and service mindedness. Paris based hospitality has come such a long way since the 1970/80s when rudeness often ruled. The Bourges version may perhaps not be quite as bad but is certainly unsmiling, humorless and indifferent in that ostentatious way that characterized Paris half a century ago. We decided to skip dinner.
