I Visited this branch today around 1630 as this is a place we usually have coffee or tea with our family. We come here often. There was a young lady with blond/brown hair serving drinks and food today who was extremely rude. I ordered matcha latte and a muffin - the muffin was very cold so I went to tell her that it was very cold and There was no way to bite it and enjoy that muffin. When I went to the counter the young lady was extremely rude - didn’t allow me explain and when I tried she told me I didn’t let her speak. I understand French but I can’t speak very well. the bubble tea i recieved was rancid, the tapioca was not properly cooked and was chewy, hard and left a vomit like taste in my mouth. when my father complained to the staff they replied that it was normal and that we would know to choose a different flavor next time. very rude, i am utterly shocked.

I am a huge fan of your cookies they’re absolutely delicious. I’d also like to thank the young blonde woman who works there (sorry i don’t know ur name) I came in once because my phone was off due to a battery issue, and she kindly offered to let me charge it. It was such a thoughtful gesture, and I really appreciated her kindness. Thank u again, wishing the whole team all the best!
