Ruta Sasnauskaite★★★★★Best Ramen not only in Brest, but the best Ramen I have ever tried! So book your table and wait for your reservation like it’s Christmas. The recipes are full of flavour, incredibly well balanced, authentic yet with a creative twist. The atmosphere is very cute and reminds of a small ramen shops in Japan.
Rosdiana André★★★★★The best ramen in town! It has been long time I didn't ate delicious ramen like that bravo this little restaurant is like a hidden gem. Love their Chicken Karaage crispy, juicy and full of flavor 😋 i also tried their chicken ramen (tori yuzu), it was so delicious and generous!😋 my partner loves his tantan-men, it was spicy and packed of flavor. I hope in the future they can add tantan-men with chicken/beef in their menu, because I love spicy ramen too😋🤩 and for drinks well Genmaicha always be my favy. Definitely reccomend this restaurant 👍

Regarding the food I took gyoza and the seasonal ramen. Gyoza, home made were really original and delicious! Not the same taste as what I encountered in Japan but very good, among the bests! Ramen, there is a lot to

Thus Ramen is meant to be enjoyed readily with proper access. In which world does a Ramen restaurant only operate with only with reservations, on top of employing a "ghost" reservation policy to try and boost scarcity? Something that not even Michelin star Ramen restaurants do in Tokyo. The shop goes against this fundamental policy of Ramen culture. I won't stop you if you want to come, o
