Among a number of dining choices along rue du Vaugueux, take the time to walk to La Fringale. Inviting hospitality, a broad and well prepared meal. Actually got salad and vegetables with my meal.. Outstanding for restaurants in these parts. And their recommendation for a Rosé, was spot on. Service, meals (Chicken Supreme, and the Mussels) were ‘absolument ‘délicieux et copieux’. Even the music and vibe on house were 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Absolutely disgusting experience from start to finish. We didn’t even make it through the meal because it was that bad. The mussels arrived cold, which is not just unpleasant but a serious food poisoning risk. That alone should have been enough to raise alarm bells in the kitchen, but it clearly wasn’t. As if that wasn’t bad enough, my own dish came with a hair in it — completely unacceptable and honestly revolting.
