It’s a Vietnamese noddle shop , combined with the banhmi shop. Friendly staff, attentive and willing to try. They asked a few time on how things are. So do looks like they care. Having lived in Vietnam prior I have tasted quite a bit of Vietnamese food. With the French connection to Vietnam and the population my expectation was higher. The beef pho (noodle) I had, with good quality beef (tender) and beef balls, a bit more meat for the price of 14/5 euro would be nice. The broth (the soup) needs more time to get the taste richer. As we entered the place, we were welcomed by a cheerful waitress which made the dining experience much better. She was also quite friendly and polite which was great. The food itself was pretty good. I really enjoyed their soup, it was really rich and flavours and it paired really well with the tender meat and the thicker noodles. I do feel like however that for 15 euro, the portiom is really small. I was excited when I saw the size of the bowl but when I saw that only half of it was filled, I was a bit disappointed.
