We would also appreciate that you sell more frequently and enough bread from Larzac flour, which is excellent since it is particularly difficult to find good bread in central Hyeres which would not crumble in your hand after a couple of days....

I went in today and exceptionally asked if I could pay less than €1 by card. The cashier was very annoyed and replied in a irritated tone, especially since I clearly stated that if it wasn't possible, I should just forget it! Instead of speaking to customers like that, simply say it's not possible! It's not very professional otherwise! And I know what it's like; I'm in your shoes every weekend! You need to know how to speak to customers; otherwise, it's not very professional.
