I was looking for a Japanese restaurant in Hyères a few days ago and found this establishment with really great reviews. It was my first time visiting the city and this restaurant. Me and my friend ordered 4 different plates and we were not disappointed at all! Authentic Japanese cuisine! Great service, great ambiance and to top it all off, the people taking care of the place are Japanese! Really loved the service and will definitely come back if I visit again! It's one of those very little advertised places where there is a world of itself. It is just not another japanese restaurant in the flow. It is kind of an embassy for the japanese culture and good taste in Hyères and a very major place to be visited. For this to be possible you need some advance notice and contact with the owners. If in need of take away, it is strongly recommended to call the SACHI a day in advance , if for a table i leave you guessing. The place is really worth a stop and like us you will surely get into being a fan. We will come again. Sayanora.

I love to stop and eat at this place when I come to surf on weekend. I have been to other japanese restaurants in ville. But this one is my top pick. This is a small family restaurant. Good food and great service, clean and simple. Just 2 minutes walk from a parking lot. The location of restaurant is not visible from the sides but you cannot miss it.

Was difficult to get a booking (they fill out fast) but was luckily able to get the Sushi platter for takeout. Note: I had to order it a day in advance. Great quality and probably the only authentic sushi in Hyeres (as in made by actual Japanese cooks/chef).
