You get a great amount of food. Come when you’re very hungry! Portions are large. They made me my own vegan selection (off menu) (pictured)! (Admittedly not as large as the non vegan stuff where you get multiple plates in one ‘package’)

Had a great evening at Café Peacock. The atmosphere is cozy and relaxed, making you feel at home right away. The staff is friendly and quick, which makes the experience even better. The drinks are great with plenty of choice, perfect for a night out with friends. The Peacock burger is highly recommended: juicy, full of flavor, and perfectly cooked, with well-balanced toppings. Served with tasty fries, it really completes the meal. A great spot where you’ll easily stay longer than planned. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in Lille!

... a nice place to hang out as it seems to be very much appreciated by many folks of all ages. Beer was cold, and the Pernod was fantastic. Staff was very friendly! Food was delicious prices decent! One should go and experience tho French hospitality!!

Ordered a drink on arrival and told we would need to wait until 630pm to order food. Noticed others ( French Speaking) with tapas and sharing platters. We're a middle aged average couple. Waiter persistently avoided contact for 10 minutes and then very abruptly told us we would have to wait a further 40 minutes after the advertised time to order food. The cafe was not busy with empty tables. We had already waited patiently with a drink for nearly an hour as others were happily served food. Very rude and shocking service.
