This is a small restaurant specialised in cooking octopus. We reserved a table to sample how this ingredient can be tamed in modern French cooking. We ordered three appetisers, including their famous crispy octopus, marinated octopus as well as octopus in cocoa tempura. We also tried their Grilled octopus as the main course. All in all I loved the way this glutinous seafood is served, especially the pairing of octopus with different fruit, even cocoa. It gives the ingredient a different or unexpected dimension.
