If you’re the type of person who loves food, and dreams of having a best friend chef who invites you over for dinner, then Milprée is for you. The restaurant is named for a critter gardeners know well and it is clear the chef understands the garden, taking seasonally fresh vegetables and fruits and elevating them through inventive combinations that celebrate the union of flavors. What a lovely, charming restaurant with wonderful and innovative dishes! The trouble with eating out in Lyon is that, too often, you find the same sort of meal offered everywhere you go. Milprée is doing something quite different and delicious! Service is wonderful, price is very reasonable and the atmosphere is comfortable and welcoming.

Delicious, creative foo, nice wine by the glad, but unfortunately not hot when it was served. Server was kind and pleasant. A relaxed, non pretentious atmosphere. My wife and I enjoyed our meal. We recommend this place to people who want to eat something different from the usual. It's our second time, and we'll be back.
