i’d love to support local vegan bakery but i feel like the pastry still needs a bit more work 🥲 got the vegan croissant and it was a bit hard, crusty and dry, almost more bread-like (i wish it’s a bit softer and more airy, still a bit crunchy/flaky outside but not too much). coffee was fine. the staff was really nice and considerate though!

Honestly, I came in with really high expectations and ended up disappointed. It even makes me wonder if it was just my personal taste or if something happened that day. All the reviews here are great, but I didn’t have a good experience. The quiche was bland and needed salt. The two desserts I ordered were very “meh,” also lacking strong flavor and balance. The coffee pastry didn’t taste like coffee at all, and the cream was completely flavorless. I’m not giving a lower rating because I really admire the work with vegan pastry. But I was quite disappointed.

Pastries were heavenly! I’ve never had anything like them. I tried several and every single one was a piece of art... so interesting and flavorful! I also had a sandwich which was super tasty. The cafe is also extremely charming and cozy. Can’t wait to go back!
