It was a little intimidating at first as neither she or I speak French and we were having some struggles navigating France’s COVID protocols. The staff (Rene in particular) was very warm and welcoming and gave us some valuable tips to expedite our Pass Sanitaire processing (that had been in the works for 20 days at this point) so that we didn’t need to rely on testing every 3 days.
